Consumer may opt for cancellation within 2 hrs of placing the order by contacting us at email@example.com. Post 2 hrs we will not undertake any cancelation.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately but no later than 3 (three) days post receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or if your item is lost in transit, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event you place a return request for any damaged product, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the product returned by you, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the relevant amount to your original payment method.
In the event of cancellation of an order, any amount paid by you with respect to such transaction shall be refunded on your original payment method.Please remember it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
