1. Eligibility: This Program is open to all customers who are residents and citizens of India, above the age of 18 years attending the Pet-o-pia Event at Mahalaxmi, Pune (“Event”).

2. Voluntary Participation: Participation in this Program is entirely voluntary. By scanning the QR Code on the Royal Canin “Standee” at the Event, you will be eligible to receive a Royal Canin sample product and a freebie (“Surprise Gift”) as a token of appreciation. The selection of the Surprise Gift shall be at the sole discretion of Royal Canin India Pvt. Ltd.

3. Incentive Details: To receive the Surprise Gift, participants must scan the OR Code on the Royal Canin ‘Standee’, and fill the complete registration form on the landing page. Out of all the participants only 15 participants who have completed the registration form basis verification of Royal Canin will be chosen randomly through an automated process and will receive the Surprise Gift, which will be couriered within a month from the conclusion of the Event

4. Consent for Data Use: By participating in this Program, you consent to Mars Petcare and its affiliates using your personal data for sharing marketing communications. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be referred at https://www.mars.com/privacy.

5. Program Duration: This Program is valid for registration only for the days of the days of the Pet-o-Pia event i.e. between 08th November 2024 and 10th November 2024.

6. Termination: Mars reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.

8. This Program is subject to promotional availability. The Surprise Gift received under this Program is not exchangeable for “cash”.

9. If Royal Canin India Pvt. Ltd. suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other legal obligation by an entrant/Participant, the entrant/Participant agrees to fully indemnify (including all legal costs) Royal Canin India Pvt. Ltd. for those losses, damages, and costs.

10. The Program, these Terms & Conditions and any other terms and conditions associated with the Program are subject to law(s) of India and any dispute in relation thereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai, India.

11. Royal Canin India Private Limited reserves the right to cancel / amend / extend the Program and/or Program Period without giving any notice/intimation. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

12. Royal Canin India Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage or non-receipt of the Surprise Gift due to act of God, governmental action, force majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the control of Royal Canin India Private Limited, and under no circumstances, Royal Canin India Private Limited. shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.

13. Consumer/Participant to accept all terms and conditions associated with the Program.
